Adendorff does not add any additional fees to the shipping rate and the fee is only used to send the item to our customers and cover costs such as packaging and labeling. It uses the highest of the two values (weight or size). The rate is calculated based on your shipping address and the total volumetric weight of the total order. In the event of delays where we speculate it to take longer we will notify you on the progress. This is not a guarantee but a best effort service but for the majority of orders placed within a business day week (Monday to Friday) will always be delivered within 4 - 6 business days with the majority being completed in that time.
